Metropolis II by Chris Burden
One of those times where I take a moment to plug a work thing on my personal thing. Chris Burden’s Metropolis II goes on view at LACMA starting Saturday and it is so awesome. 1,100 cars, a knotted maze of tracks, all sorts of fantastical structures, electric trains, etc. The whole sculpture is about the size of my living room. It’s pretty magnificent.
